These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Shootesy (operated by Shootesy Media Pvt. Ltd.), located at www.shootesy.com

 By using our website, booking services, or renting equipment, you agree to these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Vendor Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Shootesy.

1. Definitions

• “Client”, “You”, “Your” → refers to any person using Shootesy’s website or booking services.

  
  

• “Shootesy”, “Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” → refers to Shootesy Media Pvt. Ltd.

  
  

• “Vendor” → refers to service providers or equipment owners listed on Shootesy.

  
  

• “Parties” → refers collectively to the Client and Shootesy.

  
  

2. Scope of Services

• Shootesy is a platform to book photography/videography services and rent shooting equipment.

  
  

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  
  

• Clients are responsible for providing correct details (time, date, location, and requirements).

  
  

3. Payments

​

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment (advance or full) is received.

  
  

• Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  
  

• Pending balances must be cleared before the start of the service or rental.

  
  

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

• Clients may cancel or reschedule in line with our Cancellation Policy.

  
  

• Shootesy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen reasons (vendor unavailability, technical issues, emergencies). In such cases, a 100% refund or free reschedule will be provided.

  
  

5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

• All creative work (photos, videos, designs) produced via Shootesy or its vendors remains the intellectual property of the creator/vendor unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  
  

• Clients are granted limited usage rights (personal or commercial) as per the package purchased.

  
  

• Raw/unedited files will not be shared unless pre-agreed and may involve extra charges.

  
  

6. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must list accurate details about their services/equipment.

  
  

• Vendors are responsible for quality, timely delivery, and equipment safety.

  
  

• Shootesy may suspend or delist vendors for poor performance, misrepresentation, or policy violations.

  
  

7. Client Responsibilities

​

• Clients must handle rented equipment with care and return it in the same condition.

  
  

• Any damage, loss, or late return will result in deductions or additional charges.

  
  

• Clients must cooperate with vendors (timeliness, cooperation during shoots, etc.).

  
  

8. Liability

​

• Shootesy is a facilitator and will not be liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by vendors, clients, or unforeseen events.

  
  

• Clients are responsible for their own safety and belongings during services or rentals.

  
  

9. Force Majeure

​

Shootesy will not be liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, technical failures, etc.).

10. Cookies & Data

​

• Shootesy uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience.

11. Reviews & User Content

• Clients may leave reviews or comments on Shootesy.

  
  

• Shootesy does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove offensive, misleading, or unlawful material.

12. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh courts.
